Identify and approach potential customers for life, health, and general insurance products
Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
Present insurance plans and convert leads into sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Client Consultation & Product Presentation
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Explain policy features, benefits, premium details, and terms & conditions
Conduct product presentations and help customers make informed decisions
3. Documentation & Policy Processing
Collect and verify customer documents for proposal forms
Submit documents to the insurer for policy issuance
Ensure timely processing of applications and policy delivery
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
Provide after-sales support for renewals, claims guidance, and policy servicing
Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain and update daily sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies
Participate in sales meetings, training, and team activities
