:We are seeking an experienced SailPoint/Saviynt SME with 57 years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.This role is based on-site in Hyderabad and is open to both full-time employees and contract-based professionals.---Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SailPoint IdentityIQ, ISC and/or Saviynt platforms.xc2xb7 Lead the design, implementation, and support of identity governance solutions across the enterprise.xc2xb7 Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy configuration, access reviews, and certifications.xc2xb7 Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and define IGA solutions.xc2xb7 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.xc2xb7 Ensure best practices and compliance with security policies and regulations.xc2xb7 Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.---Required Skills & Qualifications:xc2xb7 57 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Saviynt in enterprise environments.xc2xb7 Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and lifecycle processes.xc2xb7 Excellent understanding of Java and BeanShell scripting in the context of SailPoint.xc2xb7 Experience in integrating SailPoint/Saviynt with various systems and directories.xc2xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills must be able to interface with business and technical teams effectively.xc2xb7 Self-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.---Nice to Have:xc2xb7 Experience with Access Management tools such as Azure AD, Entra ID, Ping Federate(on-prem), or Okta.xc2xb7 Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements related to IAM.xc2xb7 Certification in SailPoint, Saviynt, or any related IAM technologies is a plus.
