Skilled at Identity and Access management using SailPoint. To implement ServiceNow workflow driven requests using an integration between SailPoint and ServiceNow. This position would require mostly SailPoint IAM experience but would greatly benefit from ServiceNow experience.
POSITION SUMMARY: The System Integrator is defined as the individual that is responsible for implementing the integrations necessary to support the requirements of the SailPoint deployment. The System Integrator will work closely with application stakeholders to implement integrations to third party systems to support ServiceNow Catalog item workflow driven access requests. The System integrator will be responsible for ensuring the request process effectively utilizes the capability of the SailPoint architecture to provide efficient automation and governance of the entire application access and authorization process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for working with application stakeholders to identify the best usage of SailPoint to provide an automated access and authorization process.
2. Responsible for working with the ServiceNow team to develop an intuitive request experience utilizing SailPoint and ServiceNow capabilities
3. Oversees and ensures appropriate testing of changes before introducing the changes into the production environment.
4. Coordinates the implementation of changes along with appropriate documentation and education, as applicable to the changes being introduced.
5. Ensures that Information Technology Third Party and Remote Access Policies and Procedures are followed.
6. Develops and maintains departmental application system policies and procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements.
7. Performs problem investigation and is responsible for resolution and escalation both within the department and to the vendor.
8. Participates in Project Teams
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
5 + years of IAM experience (IIQ, Identity integrations, including Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD)
Experience in administration and support of SailPoint IIQ products.
Troubleshoot and support IAM tools SailPoint Identity IQ.
Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies.
Three or more years of information services technical and or project management experience
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Possesses strong analytical skills, with prior experience in visualizing, defining, and providing specifications for interfaces.

Experience with ServiceNow workflow and Request Catalog
Prior experience with a similar application
Demonstrated project management and system implementation skills.
Possesses a proven knowledge of monitoring and maintaining a production system.
Possesses a proven understanding of multiple platform processing and integration design within a multi system environment.
Possesses an understanding of basic networking and PC communication protocols
