About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ professional to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining SailPoint solutions to manage user identities, access permissions, and entitlements across a range of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ solutions.

Configure connectors and integrate SailPoint with systems like Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, and cloud/SaaS applications.

Develop custom workflows, rules, roles, policies, and certifications in SailPoint.

Implement identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, certification, role management, etc.

Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to IAM services and provisioning.

Support user access governance, compliance, and audit requirements.

Collaborate with InfoSec, HR, IT, and application teams to implement identity management best practices.

Maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.

Monitor system performance and fine-tune SailPoint implementations as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

2-5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.

Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, SSO, RBAC, ABAC, access reviews, and governance.

Experience with Java, Beanshell, XML, REST APIs, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.).

Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) as they relate to access control.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SailPoint Certified IdentityNow/IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect (preferred but not required).

Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions like Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.

Experience with SailPoint RBAC design and implementation.

Experience in working within Agile/DevOps environments.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
