Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

SailPoint Architect

with a solid understanding of

Identity and Access Management (IAM)

principles and a basic grasp of management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining

SailPoint Identity Now

solutions while also assisting in operational and governance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Implementation:

Design, develop, configure, and customize

SailPoint Identity Now

solutions to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain

lifecycle event workflows, rules, policies, and connectors

for integrations with various systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle processes, provisioning, and deprovisioning.

Management & Governance Support:

Assist in

identity governance activities

, including access reviews, certification campaigns, and role-based access control (RBAC) strategies. Collaborate with

security, compliance, and business teams

to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Provide input on

process improvements, best practices, and automation

to enhance IAM efficiency.

Testing & Documentation:

Conduct

unit testing, integration testing, and UAT

for SailPoint implementations. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including

design documents, SOPs, and user guides

Required Skills & Experience:

5-7+ years

of experience in

SailPoint Identity Now

development. Strong expertise in

Java, XML and APIs

. Experience with

Active Directory, Azure AD, SQL databases, and cloud-based IAM solutions

. Understanding of

identity lifecycle management, role management, access certification, and compliance requirements

. Basic knowledge of

IAM program governance, risk, and compliance policies

. Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
