Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SailPoint development, strong Java programming skills, and a solid understanding of identity governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IIQ solutions for Identity Lifecycle Management, Role Management, Access Certifications, and Policy Management.

Configure connectors for integration with various systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, SaaS platforms).

Customize workflows, rules, and roles within SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Work with stakeholders to gather IAM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct unit and integration testing of developed components.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IIQ and integrated systems.

Participate in access reviews, provisioning/de-provisioning processes, and certification campaigns.

Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SailPoint IIQ implementations.

Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP).

Experience in developing and integrating SailPoint IIQ connectors (e.g., AD, LDAP, JDBC).

Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes and RBAC.

Knowledge of ITSM processes and tools (like ServiceNow) is a plus.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Certification in SailPoint or other IAM platforms is a plus.
