About the Role

We are looking for a skilled

SailPoint Engineer

to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you will design, implement, and support our SailPoint-based IAM solutions -- primarily using

SailPoint IdentityIQ

. You will manage user access lifecycles, govern roles, and ensure secure and compliant access across the organization. You will also work closely with security, IT, and business stakeholders to align IAM processes with business policies.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain

SailPoint IdentityIQ

to manage user identities, entitlements, and access policies. Develop, customize, and troubleshoot

workflows

,

rules

, and

connectors

in IdentityIQ. Design and execute

provisioning

and deprovisioning processes, lifecycle automation, and access certification campaigns. Manage

role-based access control (RBAC)

, role modeling, and entitlement definitions. Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate SailPoint with

LDAP

,

Active Directory

, and enterprise systems. Monitor, analyze, and optimize IAM processes for performance, security, and compliance. Participate in

governance activities

, including access reviews / certification, policy enforcement, and SoD (Segregation of Duties) enforcement. Provide ongoing production support for IdentityIQ -- investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM incidents. Collaborate in Agile development processes and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Document IAM designs, workflows, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5-8 years of hands-on experience working with

SailPoint IdentityIQ

or a similar IAM product. foo+2Built In+2 Strong understanding of

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

concepts, such as RBAC, access governance, provisioning, and certification. Built In+1 Proficiency in

Java

(for writing rules, workflows, and custom logic). Hire IT People Experience integrating with

, and other directory services. SailPoint Trainings - Home Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (SQL*) for IdentityIQ data storage. Hire IT People
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including troubleshooting complex IAM workflows. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with security, IT, and business teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
