to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you will design, implement, and support our SailPoint-based IAM solutions -- primarily using
SailPoint IdentityIQ
. You will manage user access lifecycles, govern roles, and ensure secure and compliant access across the organization. You will also work closely with security, IT, and business stakeholders to align IAM processes with business policies.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and maintain
SailPoint IdentityIQ
to manage user identities, entitlements, and access policies.
Develop, customize, and troubleshoot
workflows
,
rules
, and
connectors
in IdentityIQ.
Design and execute
provisioning
and deprovisioning processes, lifecycle automation, and access certification campaigns.
Manage
role-based access control (RBAC)
, role modeling, and entitlement definitions.
Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate SailPoint with
LDAP
,
Active Directory
, and enterprise systems.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize IAM processes for performance, security, and compliance.
Participate in
governance activities
, including access reviews / certification, policy enforcement, and SoD (Segregation of Duties) enforcement.
Provide ongoing production support for IdentityIQ -- investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM incidents.
Collaborate in Agile development processes and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Document IAM designs, workflows, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5-8 years of hands-on experience working with
SailPoint IdentityIQ

Proficiency in
Java
