Job Description

We are looking for a SailPoint Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ customization, user lifecycle management (ULM), and access governance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Java, BeanShell, and SailPoint's web interfaces to design and implement IAM solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. SailPoint IdentityIQ Development & Customization

Develop and customize workflows, rules (BeanShell/Java), and task definitions for user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests. Implement role-based (RBAC) and attribute-based (ABAC) access control models. Enhance IdentityIQ's web interfaces (forms, certifications, dashboards) using JavaScript, Velocity templates, and SailPoint UI frameworks.

2. User Lifecycle Management (ULM) & Automation

Configure and optimize Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes for automated access management. Develop custom connectors (REST, JDBC, LDAP, AD) for application integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve identity aggregation, reconciliation, and provisioning issues.

3. Business Requirement Translation

Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into SailPoint solutions. Design and document IAM policies, access certifications, and segregation of duties (SoD) controls. Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, or industry-specific regulations.

4. Performance Optimization & Support

Analyze and improve SailPoint performance (task scheduling, logging, memory management). Provide L3 support for SailPoint-related incidents and enhancements.
