Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION

Representing the company and developing permanent business relations and networks. Dealing with the market in the assigned sales and service area whilst maintaining the strategic guidelines issued by the sales organization. Managing employees and controlling business processes in own area of responsibility. Ensuring that service, quality and safety standards are maintained to develop a customer-oriented, profitable and high turnover sales business in new and used vehicles, accessories, services and further products and services concerning - mobility.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Representative Tasks

- Representing the company and the brand as a whole, both internally and externally

- To act as a liaison between management & the Principal company.

- Developing and fostering positive relations with the employee representatives and interest groups

- Developing and fostering positive relations with contacts in the sales organization and other decision-makers in the automotive business

- Developing and fostering positive relations with key figures in society, as well as representatives from associations

2. Strategic Planning

- Developing concepts for working on the local and regional markets and tapping new markets, taking strategic specifications into account.

- Controlling the implementation of national and international concepts

- To ensure that expenditures of the Company are within the authorized annual budget of the Company.

- Arranging planning of annual sales and service volume.

3. Organization

- Guaranteeing clear assignment of tasks, functions and areas of responsibility, as well as delegating the required competencies to employees and regularly checking job descriptions

- Defining links between departments and employees

- Guaranteeing consistent customer service using EDP tools

- Guaranteeing an open and constructive flow of information within the company

- To communicate effectively with employees, Government authorities, other stakeholders and the public.

4. Profit & Loss:

- To set company\'s long and short term goals / Targets in accordance with its strategy and in discussion with the management and Principal Company.-

- Arranging for the annual marketing plan to be drawn up

- Determining budgets and goals for the individual departments

5. Sales, After Sales and HR:

- To ensure proper manpower planning & recruitment from time to time.

- Ensure that objectives set are achieved for Sales and After Sales businesses

6. Overall Business Responsibility

- Responsible for complete operations of the business with accountability towards the board of management

Qualification/Job Requirements:

- Should be a qualified MBA, BE - Mechanical or Automobile from a reputed college

- Must have 15-20 years of experience

- More than 5+ years of experience as a CEO

- Aged between 45-50 preferred.

- Should be willing to relocate to Lucknow.

- Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.
