Job Description

Festivals from India is hiring for their client Saffronart an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve specific, measurable results such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The role involves implementing data-driven strategies and using analytical tools to monitor campaign performance, with the goal of maximizing return on investment (ROI) across various digital channels.
Please note:

  • The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.
  • Festivals from India is hiring for this role on behalf of Saffronart.
  • This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai.
  • Salary band for this role is available upon request.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of extensive experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign management, and data-driven optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other analytics dashboards.
  • Understanding of marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other marketing teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software and other tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • A creative approach to developing compelling advertising messages and visuals.

  • Skilled at managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive in learning emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in digital marketing.
