Job Description

We are seeking a

qualified and experienced Health and Safety Trainer

to deliver both

classroom and online training

sessions. The ideal candidate must be passionate about safety education and capable of engaging learners effectively. You will be responsible for delivering courses such as:

NEBOSH IGC & HSW

IOSH Managing Safely

Diploma in Industrial Safety

Other industry-relevant HSE courses

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive training sessions (online & offline) for HSE certifications. Prepare training materials, slides, and assessment tests. Deliver sessions according to NEBOSH, IOSH, and local accreditation guidelines. Assess and support learners throughout their training journey. Provide real-world case studies, especially from Oil & Gas or Construction sectors. Stay updated with current health and safety legislation and practices.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

NEBOSH IGC

(Essential)

IOSH Managing Safely

(Preferred)

Diploma in Industrial Safety

(Preferred) Certification in

Train the Trainer

or similar (an added advantage)

Skills Required:

Strong presentation and communication skills. Fluent in English (additional languages like Hindi or Telugu is a plus). Excellent understanding of international HSE standards and legislation. Ability to simplify complex safety concepts for diverse learners.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
