Job Title: Safety Trainer - Work at Height

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience: Minimum 1 year and Freshers can also apply.

We are hiring a Safety Trainer who can conduct Work at Height training sessions at project sites. The trainer must be able to explain safety procedures clearly to workers in Kannada, English, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct practical & classroom training on Work at Height safety.

Demonstrate correct usage of safety harness, lifelines, lanyards, and PPE.

Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions at site.

Inspect work-at-height equipment and identify hazards.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and site rules.

Maintain complete training records and daily activity reports.

Qualifications:

Any graduate / ITI with safety certification (NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA preferred).

Diploma in Safety (Must)

Strong knowledge of Work at Height standards & PPE.

Language Skills Required:

Kannada (Must)

Hindi

English

Basic First-Aid Awareness

Must be able to communicate well in English & Proficient in MS Office.
