Design, update, and deliver safety training modules aligned with company, industry, and legal standards.
Conduct specialized training sessions (e.g., work at height, confined space entry, lifting operations, fire safety, hazardous materials handling).
Develop scenario-based, simulation, and hands-on training to enhance learning retention.
Needs Assessment & Planning
Identify training needs through competency assessments, incident trends, and feedback from supervisors and safety audits.
Prepare annual and monthly training calendars and schedules.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure all training programs comply with statutory requirements (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, NEBOSH guidelines, local labor laws).
Maintain training records and certifications for all personnel.
Coaching & Mentorship
Mentor and guide junior safety trainers and coordinators.
Provide one-on-one coaching for high-risk job roles.
Evaluation & Improvement
Assess training effectiveness through tests, practical evaluations, and on-the-job observations.
Continuously improve content based on industry updates, regulatory changes, and incident learnings.
Safety Culture Promotion
Lead safety awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and motivational sessions.
Collaborate with HSE and operations teams to integrate training outcomes into daily work practices.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and accreditation agencies for compliance and training approvals.
Represent the company in external safety seminars, workshops, and forums.
