Job Summary:

Sikka Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced

Safety Supervisor

to oversee and ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance at our construction project sites. The ideal candidate will promote a strong safety culture and work closely with site teams to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments on construction sites. Enforce adherence to Sikka Group's safety policies and legal safety regulations. Organize and deliver toolbox talks, safety training, and induction programs for all workers. Monitor proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety gear. Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses and prepare detailed reports. Liaise with contractors, site engineers, and project heads on safety matters. Maintain updated documentation of safety audits, checklists, and site safety records. Ensure safety signage and emergency procedures are clearly communicated and displayed. Assist in the development and review of safety plans, policies, and procedures.

Skills Required:

In-depth knowledge of local safety laws, regulations, and compliance standards. Excellent observational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and manage site safety issues proactively. Proficiency in preparing safety documentation and reports.
