Work day to day on shop floor safety supervisor, Safety observation correction on the spot.
EHS documentation & system implementation.
TBT preparation, incident and sharing. Themebase inspection, etc.
EHS Contractor Training / Visual display in Yard & Shop w.r.t. Safety /
/ BBS Rounds / RSCs Management / Theme based Safety Inspection / CAPA implementation & monitoring / Accident Investigation / Work Permit monitoring / JSA / Monthly Internal audits / Induction, Refresher & theme based trainings / Theme based Safety discussion / Monthly Motivational programs / MHE Contractor authorization / Emergency mock drills / Various EHS celebration programs.
Contractor Elec. Authorization, Elect. Safety Inspection round with Main. Dept / Safety Marshal development & regular meetings / Work Permit File Contractor Correspondence / Monsoon safety / Contractors Lifting tools and tackles
