Job Description
Continuous inspection of project sites, to ensure a hazard-free environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Assessment and approval of subcontractor safety plans \xe2\x80\xa2 Verification of tools and equipment to ensure good quality \xe2\x80\xa2 Promoting safe practices on site \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating and enforcing safety guidelines and programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Carrying out drills and exercises on managing emergency situations \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting investigations on accidents \xe2\x80\xa2 Verifying that all safety reports are submitted to related government institutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responding to workers\xe2\x80\x99 safety concerns \xe2\x80\xa2 Manages all communications with government departments in regards of safety \xe2\x80\xa2 Arranges OSHA-mandated evaluations of the site \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinates all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with the preparation of a construction health and safety plan \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending project planning meetings and collaborating with construction managers \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishing and maintaining health and safety communication structures \xe2\x80\xa2 Testing effectiveness of site emergency response...
