3. Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification
Identify potential hazards in the workplace.
Carry out risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
4. Accident Investigation and Reporting
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, or near-misses.
Prepare and maintain accident and safety reports.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
5. Emergency Preparedness
Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Ensure fire extinguishers, alarms, and other safety equipment are functional and accessible.
6. Coordination with Management and Authorities
Liaise with site managers, engineers, and health and safety officers.
Ensure the organization complies with local safety laws and industry standards.
7. Maintain Safety Records and Documentation
Keep up-to-date records of safety inspections, incident reports, training logs, and safety meetings.
8. Promote a Safety Culture
Encourage employees to report hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
