Job Responsibilities

Implement and monitor construction site safety practices as per company and statutory norms.

Ensure proper use of PPE (helmets, safety shoes, jackets, gloves, etc.) by all workers and staff.

Conduct daily safety toolbox talks and site safety briefings.Maintain site safety records, checklists, and incident reports.

Coordinate with Site Supervisor / Project Manager to maintain a safe and disciplined site environment.

Monitor work activities such as grinding, concreting, cutting, chemical handling, material handling, and working at height.

Ensure proper barricading, signage, and housekeeping at site.

Assist in basic site management and coordination when required.

Report safety violations and near-miss incidents to the head office.

Support compliance during client inspections and audits.

Required Qualifications

*Diploma in Safety (mandatory)

*First Aid Training Certificate (mandatory)

*Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices

Basic understanding of site execution activities

Skills & Requirements

Able to communicate in Hindi and English

Willing to work at construction sites PAN India

Capable of handling site coordination along with safety duties

Physically fit and comfortable working in site conditions

Discipline-oriented and proactive in enforcing safety rules

Able to join immediately
