Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with

Aramco and international HSE standards

across offshore operations. Supervise and monitor all safety activities on-site to prevent incidents and accidents. Conduct regular

safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments

. Develop and implement

Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and Emergency Response Plans

. Deliver

toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs

to workforce. Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; recommend corrective & preventive actions. Coordinate with project management and client representatives to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure proper use of

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain safety reports, documentation, and compliance records as per Aramco standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Safety.

10-12+ years of offshore experience

(oil & gas / construction / marine projects).

NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certifications

(mandatory).

Aramco approval

as HSE Supervisor/Officer (preferred). Strong knowledge of

offshore safety standards, regulations, and emergency procedures

. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
