Position Overview

Vishal Builders is looking for a

Safety Supervisor

with hands-on experience in

refinery, power plant, or industrial construction projects

. The role involves

day-to-day site safety supervision

, ensuring compliance with statutory safety norms, and promoting safe work practices at site.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure implementation and compliance with

site safety rules, statutory norms, and client safety requirements

Conduct regular

site safety inspections

, identify unsafe acts/conditions, and report deviations Ensure proper usage of

PPE

by workers and subcontractors Conduct

toolbox talks, safety inductions, and daily safety briefings

Assist in

accident / incident / near-miss investigations

and preparation of reports Maintain site safety records, checklists, permits, and registers Support emergency preparedness activities and assist during mock drills Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors on safety matters Promote safety awareness and safe work culture among the workforce

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

B.Sc. (Physics / Chemistry / Environmental Science)

OR

Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety / Occupational Health & Safety (recognized institute)

Experience:

Minimum 6-8 years

of site safety experience Prior exposure to

refineries, power plants, industrial projects, or PSU projects

preferred

Language:

Ability to communicate in

Hindi Required

Practical knowledge of

construction / industrial safety practices

Familiarity with

IS standards, statutory safety rules, and client safety guidelines

Good communication and coordination skills Basic reporting and documentation ability Physically fit and comfortable working at site conditions

Senior Safety Officer / Project Manager

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
