Role Description

This is full time on-site Project Manager position based at Mumbai.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Fire & Safety Supervisor

to oversee safety protocols across our construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, implementation of fire safety measures, and promotion of a safe work culture on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor

Fire Safety & HSE policies

at construction and fit-out sites. Conduct

daily safety inspections

, identify hazards, and enforce corrective actions. Ensure proper installation & maintenance of

fire extinguishers, alarms, hydrants

, and emergency exits. Conduct

Toolbox Talks (TBT)

and safety induction for new workers and subcontractors. Investigate any incidents / near-misses and prepare safety reports. Ensure use of

PPE

and compliance with safety guidelines by all site personnel. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors for site safety regulation. Maintain records of

safety drills, audits, permits, and compliance documentation.

Liaise with local fire authorities during inspections, audits, or emergencies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma / Degree in Fire & Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH. Minimum

3+ years

of experience in

construction/interior fit-out projects

. Strong knowledge of

NBC, ISO Safety Standards, OSHA, and Fire Codes

. Ability to train workers and conduct safety drills. Excellent communication & incident handling skills.
