Job Responsibilities

Implement and monitor safety standards and procedures at project sites across India. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards. Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Provide safety training, toolbox talks and awareness sessions to site workforce. Maintain safety records, documentation, and incident/accident reports. Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents and recommend corrective measures. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on safety planning. Assist in implementing emergency response plans and conducting safety drills. Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce disciplinary actions for safety violations.

Key Skills & Requirements

Experience in construction / infrastructure / industrial projects is mandatory. Strong understanding of safety regulations, risk assessments, and HSE protocols. Candidate must be willing to travel to project sites across India as required. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Certification in industrial safety / NEBOSH / IOSH preferred (not mandatory).
