Suncart is looking for a proactive and responsible

Safety Supervisor

who can ensure safety compliance at solar project sites, monitor daily activities, and enforce safety standards to create a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day activities at solar installation/project sites. Conduct

Toolbox Talks (TBT)

and safety training sessions for workers. Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety protocols. Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive safety measures. Maintain inspection records, safety logs, audit checklists, and incident reports. Conduct preliminary investigations for accidents/near misses. Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to implement safety standards. Support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and safety awareness drives. Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma in any discipline +

Safety Certification

(NEBOSH, IOSH, or Govt. Safety Course). 1-3 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor (solar, construction, or industrial projects preferred). Good communication skills and ability to guide site workers. Strong knowledge of safety norms, hazard identification, and risk assessment. Ability to enforce safety rules politely yet firmly.
