Urgent Requirement: Safety Supervisor - High Priority

Location:

Sipat, Chhattisgarh

We are urgently hiring for the position of

Safety Supervisor

for our NTPC BHEL project at Sipat.

Qualification:

B.Tech or Diploma with ADIS/PDIS or any other recognized safety certification.

Salary Range:

?25,000 to ?28,000 (In-hand)

Availability:

Immediate joiners only.

Roles and Responsibilities - Safety Supervisor

Ensure Compliance:

Monitor and ensure strict compliance with safety rules, regulations, and procedures at the project site as per statutory and client requirements.

Risk Assessment:

Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA) to ensure preventive measures are in place before starting any activity.

Site Inspection:

Perform daily safety inspections of the site to identify unsafe conditions and practices. Recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Toolbox Talks & Safety Training:

Organize and conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and periodic safety training sessions for workers and staff.

Permit to Work (PTW) System:

Monitor and ensure proper implementation of PTW systems for high-risk activities like hot work, confined space entry, work at height, etc.

Incident Reporting & Investigation:

Report, record, and investigate near misses, incidents, and accidents. Prepare reports and suggest improvements to prevent recurrence.

PPE Monitoring:

Ensure the availability and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.

Coordination:

Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and client safety teams to implement safety protocols effectively.

Emergency Preparedness:

Assist in developing and conducting emergency response drills and ensure readiness for emergencies.

Documentation:

Maintain all safety documentation, reports, checklists, and registers as per project and audit requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
