Urgent Hiring: Safety Supervisor - SIPAT, Bilaspur Location

Safety Supervisor

at our project site in

SIPAT, Bilaspur

This is an immediate requirement, and candidates who can

join immediately

will be given preference.

Applicants must have

2.5 to 3 years of experience

in safety supervision at industrial or project sites. The required qualification is

B.Tech / Diploma

in any discipline along with

ADIS or PDIS certification

.

The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols at the project site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. They must ensure strict compliance with statutory safety regulations and company policies.

The role involves conducting regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly. They will organize daily toolbox talks, safety induction programs for new workers, and regular safety training sessions for all site staff.

The Safety Supervisor will also maintain all safety records, incident reports, and inspection documentation as per standard safety norms. They will actively monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce its compliance across the site.

In case of any incidents or near-misses, they must investigate thoroughly, document findings, and recommend preventive measures. The supervisor will coordinate with the project and site management teams to promote a safety-first culture and ensure all workers adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Daily and weekly safety reports must be submitted to the HSE Manager or Project In-charge, along with updates on any corrective or preventive actions taken.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
