Project: This will be a unique and possibly India\xe2\x80\x99s largest hotel development. It will include two hotels - one a luxury hotel and the second a business hotel. In addition to conference facilities in both hotels, the development will also have commercial/office space..

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring that health and safety regulations, legislation, policies and minimising occupational risk in the work place is followed.

Controlling and limiting occupational hazards.

Applying tools and techniques, defining local strategies and methods to initiate and/or implement change to improve business health and safety performance.

Applying and developing the existing health and safety management system.

Assisting in achieving the Mace vision and strategy on health and safety.

Supporting in developing the health and safety competence and awareness of Mace staff and other stakeholders to achieve \xe2\x80\x98Safety first, going home safe and well.\xe2\x80\x99

Providing training, reporting and communication support.

Providing direct health and safety support role.

Undertaking regular inspections and risk assessments and ensuring that any hazards or defects are rectified immediately.

Performing audits/inspections to identify opportunities for improvement.

Monitoring and reporting on the performance of designated projects.

.About you

You will have a degree qualification or diploma in safety and member of a professional body. You have experience in leading HSE functions for a project of similar nature from start to handover.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have experience in managing projects within consultancy industry and are poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike. You will have an experience in working on large scale projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
