Key Responsibilities

Make sure all workers follow safety rules at the site (electrical, civil, cable laying, substation work). Check the site daily for unsafe conditions and report hazards. Ensure all workers use safety equipment like helmets, shoes, belts, gloves, etc. Conduct daily toolbox talks and explain safe working methods to workers. Monitor high-risk activities such as excavation, working at height, and electrical work. Investigate accidents or near-miss incidents and prepare simple reports. Maintain safety records, permits, and inspection checklists. Guide contractors and workers to complete work safely without accidents.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Safety or Engineering (Electrical/Civil preferred). Minimum 2 years site-safety experience in power/civil infrastructure projects. Knowledge of electrical safety, working at heights, excavation, and PTW systems. Strong reporting, communication & team coordination skills.
