Role: Safety office

Qualification: Diploma or Equivalent in Safety & Environment with 2years experience in same field.

Responsibility:

Must have Industrial Experience


Co-ordination with TKML safety team for smooth daily operations.


Daily safety audit of the members, Member working area and equipment's and safety audit report preparation and share to respective team and TKML PIC on daily basis.


Evaluate each member's ability in following Safety & Environment rules of the company and plan for improving the same.


Identify Yokoten of all accident reports received, ensure necessary countermeasure is implemented for each Yokoten point.


Strives to work towards eliminating Unsafe Act & Unsafe condition.


Training periodically members and inculcate Safe working practices in each member's mind so that Safe working is ensured at Unsafe condition also.


Identify the backlogs through Surprise audit in all the shifts and take countermeasure in consultation with Site in charge.


Obtain necessary Safety Permits from TKML as per weekly activity plan.


KPI Control and Visualization as per TKML Standards.
