Job Title: Safety Officer Experience: 14 Years Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad Project Type: Mivan High-Rise Residential ConstructionJob Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor site safety plans as per statutory requirements and company safety standards. Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety induction, and training for workers, including Mivan formwork teams. Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards related to high-rise activities--formwork, scaffolding, lifting operations, and height work. Ensure compliance with PPE usage and safety protocols across all construction zones. Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports and corrective action plans. Coordinate with site engineers, execution teams, and subcontractors to enforce safety guidelines Maintain documentation such as checklists, permits (hot work, height work, confined space), and statutory records. Monitor safe material handling, equipment operations (cranes, hoists), and work area barricading. Assist in emergency preparedness planning, mock drills, and evacuation procedures. Ensure housekeeping standards and waste management practices are followed on-site.
Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of Mivan shuttering safety requirements. Strong understanding of high-rise safety norms, scaffolding, lifting tools & tackles. Good communication and incident reporting skills. Ability to enforce safety discipline among workers and contractors.
