Education Qualification : Any Graduate & Diploma in Safety

Relevant Experience 2-8 Years

Any Other Key skills required : EHS, PPE, Firefighting, Audit system

Location : Telangana

Industry preferred : Engineering & Construction

Timeline to close the position, if any :1 Month

Coordinate the safety activities between the owner /PMC, Vensa and sub-contractor.

Review and approve the sub-contractor's safety procedure, advice and recommend any necessary corrective action.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspection to ensure that the established safety plan implemented in proper manner for construction work.

Be familiar with State and Statutory Legislation and client site safety rules and guidelines.

Report to all incidents, injury treatments & lost time record to client.

Report to Vensa Infrastructure Ltd. Manager any concerns that exist regarding safety performance on site.

Reports and investigates all near misses, incidents and accidents.

Organizes and coordinates internal and external education and training on Safety related topics.

Organize the periodic Site Safety meeting.

Ensures that Personal Protective Equipment's (PPE's) complies with all standards, codes and regulations as required by law.

Ensures that safety equipment (incl. Fire-fighting equipment) is always ready for use, monitors expiry dates and inspection requirements with log register.

Organizes health care and medical control on employees including contribution to first aid and urgent medical care in case of work-related injuries.

Ensure that all EHS related documents like instructions, procedures, inspection forms and emergency plans are kept updated with the latest information.

Analysis of all operation related risks and develop prevention measures.

Coordinates and monitors waste control, effluent water discharge, vapor emission and ground water quality.

Ensure toolbox talk have been given to workers as per job requirements from time to time by site engineer.

Prepare Monthly EHS reports and check list regularly and submit to client on date as agreed.

Checking up keeping of tools, tackles, lifting machines with the help of company's P&M group.

Carry out daily safety checks on use of PPE.

Promoting safety consciousness at site.

Monitoring and regular follow up of welfare facilities for workers & staff at work site.
