Job Description

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Industrial Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in a Red Category pollution company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu State safety laws and experience in managing safety protocols in high-risk industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, laws, and standards - Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures - Train employees on safety protocols and procedures - Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

- Degree in Safety Engineering or related field - 5+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in Red Category pollution companies - Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu State safety laws and regulations - Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus
