Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Safety Officer

to oversee workplace safety and compliance at our solar manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will champion a strong safety culture, ensure adherence to legal standards, and promote continuous safety improvements in line with renewable energy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce

safety standards

across production lines, warehouses, and project sites Conduct

safety audits, risk assessments

, and

incident investigations

Ensure

PPE compliance

, and organize regular

toolbox talks & safety drills

Maintain up-to-date records and reports for

statutory compliance (e.g., ISO, OSHA)

Collaborate with production & maintenance teams to

implement corrective actions

Promote

green and sustainable safety practices

in solar operations

Key Skills:

Knowledge of

industrial safety protocols

(especially electrical and fire safety) Familiarity with

solar manufacturing processes

is a plus Strong communication and emergency response skills Certifications like

NEBOSH, IOSH, or Industrial Safety Diploma
