We are embarking on a cutting-edge semiconductor construction project in Gujarat, requiring a dedicated and experienced

Safety Officer

to ensure the highest standards of workplace safety and compliance. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in line with local regulations and international best practices. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and enforce corrective measures. Coordinate safety training programs for all site personnel. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams to ensure compliance with safety standards. Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive actions. Maintain safety documentation and ensure timely reporting to relevant authorities. Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement on site.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer or Safety Coordinator in construction projects. Prior experience working on construction projects in Singapore is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of local safety regulations in India and international safety standards. Proven ability to manage safety in large-scale, complex construction environments.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

. Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are an advantage. Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and contractors.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
