Job Responsibilities:

Ensure strict compliance with plant safety rules, SOPs, and legal regulations Conduct routine safety inspections in all units -- Boiler, Milling, Fermentation, Distillation, Dryer, WTP & CO? Plant Identify unsafe working conditions and recommend corrective actions Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for workers Monitor proper use of PPE & enforce safety discipline Prepare incident/accident reports and maintain all HSE documentation Plan and conduct emergency response drills (fire, chemical, confined space) Maintain MSDS records and ensure safe handling of chemicals Coordinate with operations & maintenance teams for safety improvements Ensure functioning of fire extinguishers, hydrant systems & emergency alarms

Education & Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Safety Management / Fire & Safety

NEBOSH / IOSH certification (preferred) Knowledge of Factory Act, OSHA standards & risk assessment practices 1-3 years of experience in industrial safety (Ethanol/Distillery/Chemical plant preferred)

Required Skills:

Strong observation & reporting skills Good knowledge of industrial safety and emergency procedures Ability to conduct training & safety briefings Understanding of fire safety systems Physically fit and able to work in plant environment

Salary:

?30,000 - ?35,000 per month
