Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and proactive

Corporate Safety Officer

to oversee and implement safety policies across our organization. The ideal candidate will hold a

B.Tech degree

and possess strong knowledge of safety management systems, risk assessments, and compliance with statutory safety regulations. This role involves ensuring a safe working environment, promoting a culture of safety awareness, and minimizing workplace hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor corporate safety policies and procedures in compliance with statutory requirements. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all departments and facilities. Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures to management. Organize safety training programs and workshops for employees and contractors. Investigate and report incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare corrective and preventive action plans. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and corporate safety standards. Maintain records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports. Collaborate with project and operations teams to integrate safety practices into daily activities. Liaise with government agencies and external auditors during safety inspections. Continuously monitor and improve workplace safety culture across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or corporate environments.

Certifications (Preferred):

NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification.

Knowledge of:

ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System), risk management, and emergency preparedness. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office and safety documentation.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
