HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Role - Wind Sector

Experience: Minimum 5 years in HSE within the renewable energy sector, preferably wind energy.
Key Skills: Risk assessment, safety audits, compliance with HSE regulations, incident investigation.
Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in HSE or related field.
Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preference but not mandatory.
Other Requirements: Strong understanding of wind farm operational risks and safety culture
Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures at wind project sites
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal HSE standards
Organize safety training and toolbox talks for site personnel
Investigate and report incidents/accidents and ensure corrective actions
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and local authorities on safety issues
Maintain HSE documentation and prepare reports as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
