Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Safety Officer for our TPSODL Project at Rayagada. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and implement proactive measures to create a safe working environment.

Roles & Responsibilities-:

Assess workplace hazards and implement preventive measures.
Supervise electrical works to ensure 100% safety compliance.
Conduct HIRA, JSA, safety audits, and manage work permits.
Provide safety training to electricians, technicians, and support staff.
Oversee PPEs, safety gear, and emergency preparedness.
Ensure timely completion of work in line with safety codes.
Requirements-:

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical (PDIS Certificate mandatory).
Govt.-recognised Safety Certification (required).
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in safety (preferably in electrical projects).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of state electrical and safety codes.
Basic computer skills and a strong eye for detail.
