Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Toyota Production System (TPS) or similar lean manufacturing systems.

Certification in First Aid, Fire Safety, or Safety Audit is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

Identify hazards and implement controls (HIRA/JSA).

Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.

Lead safety trainings and awareness sessions.

Maintain safety records per ISO 45001 and legal standards.

Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, 1948.

Coordinate fire drills and emergency preparedness.

Support safety KPIs and improvement initiatives (Kaizen).

Liaise with authorities during audits and inspections.

Bachelor's (Preferred)
