Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of worksites, equipment, and processes. Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions to minimize incidents. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and suggest preventive measures. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. Organize and deliver safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills. Maintain and update safety documentation, records, and reports. Promote awareness of safe work practices among employees and contractors. Collaborate with management to improve workplace safety and reduce risks. Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce compliance. Assist in developing emergency response and evacuation plans. Liaise with external safety auditors, inspectors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
