Job Summary:

Whiteshark Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Safety Officer

to ensure a safe working environment across our renewable energy project sites. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in safety supervision and be committed to enforcing safety standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments. Provide safety training and toolbox talks to workers. Maintain records of incidents and safety reports. Coordinate emergency drills and first aid arrangements. Report safety violations and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in safety-related roles (preferably in construction or energy sectors). Familiar with safety regulations, PPE use, and incident reporting. Certification in Industrial Safety/Diploma in Fire and Safety is preferred. Good communication and observation skills. Ability to work at project sites and handle emergencies calmly.
