Maintain and update all relevant EHS documentation and logs in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to statutory EHS procedures, protocols, and policies.
Monitor and manage the Hazardous Waste Storage area, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws including proper labeling, containment, disposal, and documentation.
Plan and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly EHS meetings and training sessions as required.
Manage QEHS documentation, ensure proper execution, and monitor performance.
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to apply for and follow up on legal clearances such as CTE/CTO from CPCB/SPCB, Fire NOC, and other statutory approvals.
Proactively support safety initiatives and continuous improvement of environmental and occupational health systems.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Timely execution of EHS tasks and activities across the plant.
Accurate and up-to-date documentation of environmental and safety data.
Effective coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS compliance and awareness.
Desired Competencies:
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements as per Central and State Pollution Control Boards.
Knowledge of industrial safety standards and hands-on experience in implementing safety procedures.
Exposure to QEHS management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office with skills in documentation and data analysis.
