Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct

risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits

to ensure workplace safety. Develop, implement, and monitor

safety policies, procedures, and systems

in compliance with statutory regulations. Collaborate with project teams to

identify and mitigate risks

related to new processes, equipment, and construction activities. Provide

safety guidance during project planning, design, and execution

stages. Conduct

safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and emergency response training

for employees and contractors. Investigate

accidents, incidents, and near misses

, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions. Conduct

regular site safety inspections

to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Ensure proper usage of

PPE and safety equipment

across all site activities. Coordinate with

vendors and suppliers

for selection and procurement of safety gear and equipment. Maintain

accurate safety records, reports, registers, and documentation

as per legal requirements. Stay updated with

industry best practices, safety standards, and regulatory changes

. Promote a strong

safety culture

through employee engagement and awareness initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

construction & real estate safety practices

Good understanding of

labour laws and statutory compliance

Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to handle site workforce and contractors effectively Proactive approach towards

zero-accident culture

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
