Key Responsibilities
Safety Compliance
: Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are adhered to on-site.
Risk Assessment
: Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures.
Training and Development
: Organize safety training programs for staff and contractors.
Software Proficiency
: MS-Office, MS Project, SAP EHS
Key Requirements
Experience
: 5 to 10 years of experience in safety management within the industrial, real estate, or residential sector.
Technical Skills
: Proficient in MS-Office, MS Project, and SAP EHS.
Work Environment
: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing both office and site responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduation in Engineering
Course: B.Tech/B.E.
Specialization in Civil Engineering
