Position: Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, & enforce safety policies, procedures, and training programs as per Factories Act & other regulations.

Conduct regular risk assessments, identify hazards (machinery, environment), & suggest control measures.

Manage fire safety systems (extinguishers, hydrants), first aid, & emergency drills.

Conduct safety awareness & job-specific training for all employees.

Perform site inspections, safety audits, & document findings.

Maintain records of incidents, training, inspections, & safety equipment.

Report safety performance & compliance status to management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
