Safety Officer - Offshore & Pipeline

Responsibilities:

Ensure enforcement of HSE policies, Offshore Safety Plan, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures. Monitor daily offshore and pipeline construction activities to ensure safe work practices. Conduct safety toolbox talks, hazard identification (JSA/TRA), and routine safety inspections. Maintain safety documentation: incident reports, near-miss logs, HSE audit reports. Coordinate with the client and project teams for emergency drills, inductions, and safety training. Stop unsafe work and implement corrective actions when required.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Engineering or NEBOSH / IOSH certification. 3-7 years HSE experience,

minimum 2 years offshore + pipeline project experience.

Strong knowledge of PTW systems, confined space entry, working at heights, lifting operations.
