Designation: Safety Steward

Reporting to:

Safety Officer / Project Manager

Qualifications:

HSC / ITI (Preference to candidates with Safety Certification)

Age:

25 - 35 years

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in building construction sites with a focus on safety compliance and supervision

Computer Knowledge:

Basic MS Word / Excel (preferred)

Other Specific Experience:

Experience working on high-rise building projects will be an added advantage

CTC Budget:

Up to ₹3 LPA

Assist the Safety Officer in implementing and maintaining site safety standards Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure workers are aware of safety procedures Monitor compliance with PPE usage and other safety protocols on site Report unsafe acts, conditions, and near-miss incidents to the Safety Officer Support in maintaining safety documentation and inspection reports Ensure emergency procedures are communicated and followed at all times Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to promote a safe working environment
