Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and enforce
site-specific safety policies and procedures

Identify
potential hazards and risks

Ensure compliance with
local safety laws, building codes, and industry regulations
(e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH).
Provide
safety training and toolbox talks
to workers, supervisors, and engineers.
Investigate and report
accidents, incidents, and near-misses

Monitor the use of
personal protective equipment (PPE)
and ensure proper safety gear is worn.
Maintain
safety records, incident reports, and risk assessment documentation

Coordinate with project managers and engineers to

Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of
construction safety standards, risk assessment, and hazard control
.
Certification in
NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent safety training
.
Familiarity with
first aid, fire prevention, and emergency response procedures
.
Strong communication and leadership skills to enforce safety regulations.
