Risk Assessment

Safety Training

: Develop and deliver safety training programs for site personnel to promote a culture of safety awareness.

Accident Investigation

: Lead investigations into any workplace accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Compliance Monitoring

: Ensure all site operations adhere to local and national safety standards and regulations.

Software Proficiency

: Safe

Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-8 years of experience in safety management within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Experience with safety management software
