We are looking for a

Safety Officer

to ensure a safe working environment at our construction sites by implementing safety policies, monitoring site activities, and ensuring compliance with statutory safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with construction safety rules, laws and regulations Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all workers Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and training programs Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses and prepare reports Maintain safety records, permits and inspection reports Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and contractors on

safety matters

Stop unsafe work practices and recommend corrective actions Ensure safety signage, barricading and emergency exits are in place Liaise with government authorities during safety audits and inspections
Requirements & Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Safety Management, NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction projects Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits Good communication and reporting skills Physically fit and willing to work on-site
