with Diploma in Safety

OR

ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety)

- Mandatory

Experience:

Minimum 4 to 8 years

of relevant experience Must have

hands-on experience in construction projects

(Infrastructure / Building / Industrial Projects)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure implementation of

HSE policies, procedures, and statutory compliances

at construction sites Conduct

daily site safety inspections

, hazard identification, and risk assessment Monitor

safe work practices

, PPE usage, and work permits Conduct

toolbox talks, safety training, and induction programs

for workers Investigate

accidents, near misses

, and prepare incident reports Coordinate with

project team, contractors, and site management

on safety matters Ensure compliance with

local statutory safety regulations

Maintain safety records, checklists, and reports

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

construction safety standards

Good communication and coordination skills

Language

- English Must Ability to work independently at site Proactive approach towards safety enforcement

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in

large construction or infrastructure projects

Willingness to work in

Kerala or Tamil Nadu sites

Immediate joiners

will be given preference
